unsteady on my feet

I'm a L3,4,5,and S1 post fusion. 1 year has past and I'm still unstead on my feet, I tip over when I turn around . I am nurab in the lower back and down the left side of my leg and around my foot and big toe. Could the big toe be the problem? Doing well other wise.

I don't think the problem is your toe. Rather that is the symptom. It sounRAB like you have a nerve that is being comprimised, that is why you are nurab down your leg and to the toe. Because you are nurab, you are more unstable on your feet. Have you been back into your surgeon and told him about it? I odn't know if a bout of physical therapy would help. You don't know if it will releave the compresssion or not. Good luck..and I'm sorry I'm not more help.
