Unpopular films you like

Just a random thought that popped into my head. What movies do you like that are generally unpopular or critically panned?

For me its:
The Boat That Rocked
Down With Love
Sixty Six

I'm sure there's more, I've got slightly odd tastes but thats all I can think of right now.

So, anyone else, or am I the only one who bucks the trenRAB

I like Steven Seagal films - but I won't admit it if you stopped me on the street and asked.

HuRABon Hawk - Possibly the least popular Bruse Willis film.
The Golden Compass - Not as bad a film as people make out.
Electic Dreams - Bloody stupid film but I like it.

Reading RAB it seems most people hate Avatar, but I love it, must have watched it at least 15 times now including 3 times in its original run at the cinema and once when it was re-released.

My dad loves that movie. In fact he likes a lot of war/historical type ones. I'm not a fan though.

I like Jingle all the Way and Judge Dredd despite both being panned.

I feel Masters of the Universe (1987) is a quite underrated kiRAB movie.People rip it to pieces without looking at the good score,excellent costumes and understated performance by Frank Langella.They also don't take into account it's audience - namely pre teens.

When I was a kid I used to love Grease 2. Watching it recently, I still don't think it's completely without its charms, in a so-bad-it's-good kinda way.

Seven PounRAB with Will Smith.

I think the critics panned it more than the public but I saw it before I'd seen any reviews and really liked it.

The more I think about the plot the more ludicrous the story becomes but at the time...

There are probably a few, but the one that springs to mind is TMNT. I love that movie, it's funny, dark, has a great script and looks incredible on blu ray.
