Unpaid item on ebay after case resolution, what feedback should I leave?

I listed an item on eBay. Immediately after the close of auction, the buyer sent a message saying that she didn't mean to bid that high. I asked her what she was willing to pay, and she didn't give me any number. I offered the her a $25 reduction in total price, but she said no again. I had 14 other bids and at least 6 other bidders in the bid history. So I went through the unpaid item in resolution center, and got back the fee money. But after 8 long days of resolution process the price of the item had gone down due to increasing supply. When I relisted the item, I got $110 less then what the second highest bidder would have paid in the original auction. I could leave a negative feedback, but then her 100% feedback will drop. Also, having gone through the unpaid case resolution process has disabled her from leaving any for me, I think. What feedback do you guys think would be appropriate in this situation?
