Some TV station in Mexico trying to yank my video!

I had 3 Simpsons Road Rage videos on my account until today. It was simply gameplay footage, 2 were of a tournament in game and another was a guide type video about how to use certain cheats. Then they were removed under a third party copyright claim by "Televisa San Angel". Upon checking the Simpsons Road Rage credits throughout it looks like this company has nothing to do with the game, EA or Fox Interactive which made the game. I thought gameplay videos were allowed and even if not what gives these south of the border sanctimonious gits the right to tattletale on my videos to youtube, I am re-uploading forthwith!
Now all the Simpsons Road Rage videos are gone, type that in and you now get 0 results.
Do they even watch the video to see what kind of infringement it is, or is the name Simpsons merely enough.
I wish I could find the website for this interfering Tv station Televisa San Angel so I could bombard them with e-mail and get them to contact Youtube and get the video re-instated, jerks!

This was my post on the unofficial Youtube forums
What do you think of this?

It still doesn't explain what the hell this company has to do with the Simpsons Road Rage game, a gameplay video isn't in the spirit of copyright infringement, if anything it will add fans to it and spread awareness of the game.
I've re-uploaded to Google Video and soon Stage6, I can't believe Youtube comply with "THIRD PARTY" notifications about copyright infringement, ie these people are not the rights owners, it could be your ex-girlfriend with a grudge against you.
Televisa San Angel, sounRAB like a creepy moralistic bullying media organisation.
