unlocking iPhone, need help!!?

This is 100% simple.
Just sync the iphone into your computer.
It works all the time.
If it doesn't, take it to your nearest store with ipods in it and ask them to find the code. Explain you situation.
Relax.
Breathe.
Don't hyperventilate.
 
Okay, so I just bought a iPhone that wasn't unlocked on eBay and I have been trying to unlock it and it won't work. I have Cincinnati bell which uses a sim card. I need to know what to do. Because when I pull it into the computer it say connect to iTunes and I do but then on the slide key it say emergency calls only so i don't know what to do. Please help!
