unlocking help wanted!

After 5 false attempts unlocking a nokia it "securely" locks it. does anyone know how to reset it? I don't need codes or anything, I just need to reset the attempts. I have a Nokia CA - 42 data cable if that helps.My phone is a Nokia 3200.

No, it can only be unlocked using unlocking hardware now! And a data cable wont do. Check around, some locals shops might offer an unlocking service!
