i have done all same as Yashaka
problem is there.................................. AutoIgnition...
Transmit Boot...
Boot loaded ...
Pause 2 sec...
Retrieve information...
*Propper work with TP !
Boot unlock .
Calculate KEYS..
Keys calculated good :
BOOTKEY: E96CED26EEC0ECE24D66E00446836763
SKEY: 18035211
Checking entry values.....
Recalculate HASH&BKey from ESN & SKey
New HASH: 2D76B6A3EC72C0E7C86394040643083F
New BOOTKEY: E96CED26EEC0ECE24D66E00446836763

Test ServiceKey...
Enter ServiceKey in phone...
Here i need to be Turned onn the phone i didi but still cane enter Skey in phone what wrong cable is 1000% ok any HELP
 
phone must be turned on before enter skey by the fonction
NORMAL MODE on the settings fonctions
just click on NORMAL MODE and press on on the phone
(sometime need to do it 2 or 3 times for success)
THEN GO TO CODES fonctions and enter SKEY in phone

This is not very difficult !!!!!
Unlocking phone with this tool and tuto is very easy
but you must have a little brain Just read and do it !!

NP with your cable if you have successfull boot you phone
all Siemens cable work fine with this soft by com or virtual com
(tested on many chipset)

All new siemens unlocking with testpoint need the resistor 30-50 OHM to safe the flash ic and cpu.
I test it many times and worked perfectly.
 
Im my case , all works fine, the phone power on, enter pin, get signal, but shut down itself to black scren and sounds beep, before i make a backup and restore to the phome, all ok, phone turn on ok, get signal and again power off itself, what are the trouble????

Prog stops,then i made next step, Freia log and VKD 3.0x , opened

mapper.exe
Load log - select log file from papua soft

today i repair CX65 v04 with this solution. I`m lazy and dont read how to unlock this version. I try to unlock this phone with papua utils using solution PX65v4. I dont start this applet, just click Расчет SKEY и BootKEY, choose HWID 320, Ввести SKEY в телефон, then click "freia.log" and i cancel message box. Papua try to write eeprom and stop after first block. I use russian version and i dont know what is lots of ?????? at screen . After this, phone make only "bip". After lots of try, i use this solution. I calculate Skey and Bkey but i cant write this at phone. I make freia.log, map, then use eeprom tool (phone=x65, load map, copy block,init, write EEprom blocks ) and my phone alive again. Thanks for solution, and sorry for my poor english BR, monol

The very important, never use the "SAVE ALL" function and make full eeprom backup before write the unlock map!
Look at the pictures!

create maping with create.exe the dos program take just two second and have never error why using other thing !!!!
We have just make a bat file to run it easy and make the job in 2 seconds

ren *.log s6.log (each new log renamed to sl6.log)
create.exe s6.log (create map using sl6.log)
del s6.log (delete the old log to make place for the next)

we have make a bat file to place in your directory just run it
and all is working automatic step by step
To use this bat file all must be in same directory
x65PapuaUtilsV038d_ENG.exe , create.exe, Siemens EEPROM tool.exe
(please don't change the file name and the make by)

Hi Patric
Today i made unlocking one CX65 v43 in Papua soft.

I connect power on phone to C55 COM cable. Run EEPROM tools and press Init.
Phone not detected in EEPROM tools.

Solution for this problem is :
Open data C55 connector and connect 10k resistor from Tx line to GND.
It work for this problem /i have CX65 v16 with this problem too with unlocking in free soft - not comunicate - connect one resistor from Tx to GND and everything is OK
