Unlocking a Virgin Mobile Samsung Impact (t749)?

Hey, I'd like to switch over to mobilicity as virgin is costing me a fortune, but virgin is far less than helpful on this front. Anybody know how I could unlock my phone? It is NOT a cdma phone, it DOES work on the 3.5g network that mobilitcity uses.

I'm in toronto, and am willing to pay to get it done, if you know of a place that will do it for cheap, please tell me!
