unlocking a nokia C3 ?? can you unlock any mobile phone?

i want to buy a nokia c3 , which is only available on vodaphone at the moment for pay as you go.However iam on 02.so would i be able to unlock the nokia c3 so i can put my 02 sim card in or not?/ about how much does it cost to.some of my friends are saying i wont be able unlock it becase it is a new phone out and onlyallowed on vodaphne is this true?? can any phone be unlocked no mater what networks only sells it?? help is much appreciated xx

Hey you can unlock your mobile by unlock codes from getting codes online and then you can use your o2 sim in your nokia c3..i too got unlock codes for my mobile from this site Super Unlock Codes - Unlocking the Nokia C3 mobile phone and unlocked it safely...
