J Josh R New member Jan 17, 2010 #1 If I were to buy an unlocked T-Mobile SideKick III (3) off of Ebay, would I still have to have a data plan on my At&t bill since on T-Mobile it requires a data plan to have this phone.? Please help if possible. -Thanks
