Unlocked SDA or SP5m?

I have a SMT5600 and want to upgrade to WM5.

Since I will be using the phone as a GPS unit with Co-Pilot I would like to stay with the same form factor as well as my grandfathered plan with Cingular.

I would like to hear the pros and cons of these two phone plus any other suggestions as to which phone would be best for me.
