Ok so tell me whats a unlocked cell phone. I dont have any credit so id have to put a down payment down of at least 500 bucks. So id rather just buy a unlocked cell phone at full retail price and get like the phone cards. But how do i know which phones support that?? Id prefer at&t so i can buy the pay as you go cards. As of now i havE a sony ericsson aino which i can use at&t and its unlocked . Please a little help and point me in the right direction.
