Unlocked phone question..

Need one for my wife. Been around for a little while but a newb as far as unlocked phones go. Want a good basic phone, don't really need internet, we have iPod touches for that, but a camera would be nice, maybe the ability to play some music but not totally necessary. All decent phones, we are with AT&T, require data plans and that is not an option for us right now. Our price is around $100 or so, maybe more if the phone is right but not much more. Any help is greatly appreciated.
 
It did and I thank you. Narrowed it down to 2 phones. Funny, eliminated my Tundra right away. I actually like it though. But who knows, maybe she gets the Tundra and I get the new phone! Heeeeyyy, that's the ticket! Yea!
