Unlocked iphone after camera picture shading

after unlock 3gs 3.1.3 05.12.01 ...my set is now working fine but camera picture is not clear ..it is like shading the picture....

this is a setting need to change or did I made any mistake..

I used to unlock...

I follow this one to unlock
