Unlocked AT&T Pearl (8100c) on Tmobile network?

I know that I can run my 8100c on Tmobile as long as it's unlocked. My question IS, however.

If I load the latest T-Mobile OS to wipe out the AT&T branded OS, can I in theory use the myfaves interface (my gf has myFaves, so I can try her sim to activate the package push).

Would this work? My gf would love to be able to use the myFaves phone interface on my old Pearl. I already know we can maintain her 'faves' online.. but that's not what is in question.

Yeah, if your using the Tmo OS and havent removed anything, then the MyFaves app works. I found this out on accident. I had been using the TMO OS when I was still on Cingy. When I unlocked it and inserted my sim, the program activated.
