Unlock phone code

In have a nokia 6030b and i changed the phone code. I have forgot the code and need to know if i can unlock the phone. can someone give me a special code to unlock it. i have very impotant things on it. and my provide say's that they can unlock it and the nokia number they give me i seem never to reach it. can anyone help me.
