unlock new samsung 3g

i just unlock one Z107 but after cannot dail anything. i check in phone menu network option "GSM" and same. Phone is unlocked and find network but cannot dail. I check barrings and all other. Can some one give me some advice?

please any one write schematic pinout and how to modify green wire[tx usb ] i tried many time but all detect usb time out

no need to damage usb cable that comes with phone connecting pin 2&3 on com port is all you need and run soft works 100% i have unlocked dozens of 105 and 107
 
yes work with Z105 but Z107V not work i tried many way or work if have win imei Z107v direct [V 1.21]

m8, this pinout is for usb only cable but i've seen on this forum that we must use USB+Comm cable. I am confused now. what is the right pinout to unlock Samsung z107?
Have u tried to unlock z107 with only USB cable?
