Unlock iPhone 4S on Rogers?

I bought an iPhone 4S locked to Rogers but Im on Telus, so I need it to be unlocked ASAP. What are my options?
I bought the phone off kijiji. And I want to try and avoid jailbraiking my phone.
 
Rogers is a GSM network operator whereas Telus is a CDMA network operator. You cannot unlock a GSM network enabled iPhone to use with any CDMA network.
