unlock iphone 3g os4.0 modem 05.13.04 no signal

i have one iphone 3g os 4.0 modem 05.13.04...
i try to jailbrake and unlock this iphone complete 100% but no signal.


i used ultrasn0w, for unlock by cydia whit wi-fi
ultrasn0w whitout wi-fi
redsn0w last version for jailbrake


all complete 100%, but i have this mensage " wait for activation please wait feel minutes" and not have signal,

is not black list.
no signal in factory carrier (TIM BRASIL)

i unlock 5 iphones 3g 3.1.3 modem 05.12.01 100% sucessfull...

but this ipnone dont....


wath a have to do???

help me please....
 
i found model on google... mb500bz/a , can be claro brasil, vivo brasil or tim brasil,


but dont have activation signal in every one....


help me please....

or make correct ipsw, jailbrake, unlock for 3g os 4.0?

i dont understand where is my error.

i read long time back that some phones are tempered by technicians, who try to unlock the phone by opening the phone and planting a chip in sim compartment.

I am not saying that your phone has sim planted in it but who knows.

ultrasnow version 9.3 will work... check it

may be u need to update cydia and then try again unlock...

if not, may be restoring + again jailbreak will work...
