Hi, can any kind individual out there provide me with an unlock code for my Alcatel OT-800, currently locked to Tesco mobile?

when I put my new intended sim card in (vodafone) it's asking for PIN code, then service provider Key.
I took the first request to be the security code for the new SIM, (which seems to be correct).....what do i tap in re "service provider key?"
