Hi there, I've scowered the internet for hours on end now, and I cant find a solution to my problem. I've finally stumbled across, and I hope someone may be able to help me.

I know this question has probably been asked a million times, but I am honestly confused will all the sites, info that I'm coming across.

How can I unlock my BB 9700? I got it off ebay, and the listing said it was unlocked. The guy I bought it from said he took it to a shop, but it must not of worked. He refunded me

I got a code, but it didn't work. I tried it 4 times and now only have 6 attempts left. I can't seem to find the MEP number as I don't have a USB and the other method doesn't work for my phone, not even sure why.
Can anyone help? I already paid 2 different websites and both gave me the Same Code.
