Unlock BENQ S660C

S660C not s-gold based phone, this is try BENQ phone, unlock - Vygis, Infinity ....
 
plz help
after i unlock it,mobile no any text in manu,need 3rd part flash tool and flash
or red box file:SwS_Benq_Sharp_VK_3_4_240805.exe
