Unlock and/or unfreeze Samsung Z??? phones (Z140/V, Z300/M, Z500/V, ZM60, ZV30, ZX10)

USB cable samsung c100 can read code Z105...? anyone test it with Samsung_Z105_Z107_Z300_Code_Reader_2_0_2 ..program ?
 
have two of these both frozen. Tried using Qaulcom, com port set to 4, serial pins 2 & 3 bridged. program says serial port NG. Any ideas?
 
I think because the unlocking commands are going into the phone through the air and they get corrupted in the air. With bluetooth it's going through radio frequencies, which is reliable.

All OK now, bad connection at serial connector, bridge soldered an old serial plug. Works a treat...Can IMEI be written? that function does not seem to work

I got the Qualcomm Unlocker file: Qualcomm Unlocker.rar file.

But I cannot open it.

Please tell me how to continue. Do I need a different .exe file in oder to
open and INSTALL the Qualcomm Unlocker application SW.
