UNLOCK AN IPHONE help!?

So I got my phone exactly a year ago but today well yesterday i had problems with it and I had to restore and update it. Then I tried blackra1n to unlock it again but it just won't work. Can you please tell me how to get 3.1.2 back on my phone or just how to unlock it thanks!
