unlock 3GS not JAILBREAKING

can i unlock my 3GS locked to orange without jailbreaking?

I recently upgraded to OS4 and if i remember the modem version was like 5.13 or similar, i will check later.

The phone is only 6 months old so its too young to jailbreak as its still got apple warranty.
 
check for orange full unlock,just search,if you are ready to pay you can have sim free iphone
 
apple warranty just one year bro (at least in my place).You have to visit some servers to check fore full unlock if you are in hurry.
Or you wait few days, weeks, till jailbreak solution fo os4 on 3Gs is released an d you can do it free of charge.
If apple warranty is 1 year in your place like in mine, be sure the next remaining 6 months,nothing will hook your phone.So if i have to advice you, save that money and feel free to jailbreal your phone.

It is just my opinion.Anything you undertake with your iphone, you do this at your own risk.
