video in wintertime.? I am looking for the artist and song title of an R&B video from a few years back (2006 or so). The singer rides a track/road bike (bicycle) around throughout the video in wintertime. The video looks like it is set in Philadelphia.
Not Robin Thicke. The singer is black.
