Unjailbreaking Iphone 3GS without losing data?

I was wondering if there is any way to unjailbreak an iphone 3gs without losing any data because I'm thinking of jailbreaking my phone but hesitant because I have apps, songs, and pictures on my iphone that aren't in my itunes
 
you might lose some stuff on your phone. so it would be a good idea to upload your stuff on the computer in case of an emergency then jailbreak it. But in order for you to jailbreak it look at my source
