University of Sydney, University of Western Sydney, or University of Macquarie . . .?

I'm currently in year 10, I've started thinking about universities (i know its naive to think I'd get into a uni at this stage, I'd just like to get a better view of what is needed to achieve which uni) and i want to get a better view of what is recommended.

I'm planning to study B Psychology, or B Education (primary). My life ambition is to become a psychiatrist, i know i have the mind for it, its just the exams which really get to me (i'm bad at taking exams, lol :S). My backup career is to become a primary school teacher :).

Ignoring the faculties available in each uni, i just want an opinion as to which uni is most suited for psychology and/or education (primary).
