university of pittsburgh/michigan state gpa?

what GPA do you need to get into university of pittsburgh and what GPA do you need to get into michigan state?
 
Most colleges do not give out a GPA needed. They do list a ACT/SAT score needed and what percent of incoming freshman are in the top 10% of their HS grad class.

at UofM
ACT 27-30
Top 10%:92%

Uof P
ACT 24-29
Top 10% 43%

University of Pittsburgh is going to be easier to get into. Big difference in the schools.
