University of Chester or University of Lincoln?

In terms of travelling and academically to study Health and Social Care. I have 5 conditional offers and made my decision to take Nottingham Trent University as my firm. But for the insurance, its either Chester or Lincoln. I am from Walsall, seem as though I would need to see parents once or twice in a while.
