university? degree????

i want to own my own restaraunt(s) and also get a degree in business law.
what degree should i get for owning my restaraunt? and which university would be best?
 
You could get a degree in hotel and restaurant management, or you could just get a business degree if you plan to hire someone else as an executive chef. There are a number of schools which offer programs in that, but very few which give degrees in business law.
