I want to get a master's degree in electronics and communications engineering, I'm in my 2nd year of engineering in Egypt.
I'm just trying to be prepared and ready. I want names of Unis or Institutes that might give scholarships or half scholarships for that, I can only pay up to 5000 dollars a year and that has to include board/room in Uni campuss..
