United American Video and Ini/Rikini

Has anyone heard of this company? I have an animated adaptation of A Christmas Carol with a date of 1990 on it. There aren't even any names on it, but it says that the NEA and PTA approved it. I only saw the first 20 seconds, and I can tell you that the animation is only a half-step above the Zelda CD-i games, and the voice acting isn't much better. The only other indication of its origin is Ini/Rikini.

Is anyone at all familiar with the work of Ini/Rikini? United American seems to be mostly a distro, with VHS credits from the late 80s to the mid 90s of various cheap films made by other studios. I'm imagining that Ini/Rikini, whoever they are, did the animation and got UAV to distribute it.

Being bloated with Christmas pud and not feeling energetic enough to do anything more active, I did a search on these guys out of curiousity and found this:

A bit more searching and it turns out that the INI/Rikini films were apparently animated by Burbank Films Australia (who, funnily enough, were brought up recently in that Sherlock Holmes thread).

I've seen one of the Burbank films - it's an adaptation of Peter Pan and yeah, it's pretty awful.

EDIT: Found their official website. They're the ancestors of the Ratatoing guys, adapting stories that coincidentally have also been adapted by studios like Disney. Just look at their "animated video treasures" series:

Thanks a lot! Wow, this is pretty close to Video Brinquedo bad. +10 points for adding an otter to Little Mermaid, but -9001 points for egregious Mockbusterism.
