Unique Restaurants in Toronto?

Does anyone know any unique restaurants in the Toronto area. It could be unique becasue of the environment, food, location... whatever. Something nice for causal or romantic.

O.Noir - Dining in the complete darkness...apparently your senses are heightened because your sight is gone.

Sultan's Tent - French/Moroccan food, features live belly dancing

360 - Touristy, sits on top of the CN Tower

Canoe - Upscale resto, amazing food, great views, great alternative to 360

Colborne Lane - One of the few molecular gastronomy places in Toronto. Best ice cream I've had...ever!

George - Along with Auberge du Pommier, the only resto I know that still does a readily available veggie tasting menu

Scaramouche - My favorite restaurant, though now I don't go because it reminds me of someone. But they seriously do good food, extremely romantic, best desserts in the city....go soon as they move/close in 3 months.
