Hey all...I upgraded a bit over a week ago from the motorola v710 (which was acting screwy). I got the razr because it was the only phone to fit in the same pocket as my wallet (which is a plus lol) and because I liked the design and the features. Here is what I am dissapointed with so far:
1. Battery life on the first one I got was less than 8 hrs. Replaced it and the batter ylife went up but still is still well under 20 hrs...and I don't know if it's worth upgrading to the expanded battery rather than goign for a more pricey phone.
2. I haven't been able to get mp3s on there easily (although I haven't messed with the phone too much or read up on it enough I guess)
3. I really hate that the menu is not like it was on older motos.
4. Because i got uch a slim and flimsy feeling phone and because my old phone was "water damaged" although I think that's because that red sticker was right at the battery crack and I live in Philly where it's ultra humid at times... and I skimmed through the insurance agreement and noticd a few things that said that it won't cover everything (such as spillages or drops) and such....so what exactly is the point? Anyone have experienc with the insurance? Does it really cover EVERYTHING or is there a catch?

So I REALLY need a lot of help and fast. I looked at the motorola Q which seems to have nice pro reveiws but worse user reviews...i don't need a smartphone but it seems liek an option (although the price is a HUGE downer)
I also looked into the vx8300 but I'm nervous about all this talk about worse reception and such...I'm used to the reception I had on my moto v710 :-/.
I also was considering getting the moto e815? Some people love it, some hate it.
PLEEEEEEEEASE will somoene give me soem good solid, non-biased and detailed advice? I know this is the place to go for this and although I am not a regular user, I really appreciate any help.
So anyone that can give me personal experiencs or details or pros and cons, etc about these and other options, I will be super greatful .
I only have 2-3 days to decide what to do because of the 15 day switch thing and this is a hectic week at work and I won't get a chance to really do enough of my own research into this that I could trust.
In a phone what I really need is good reception/good quality speakers and mic, mini SD slot and the given capability of playing mp3s or whatever I could convert them to as ringtones and such, and a decent camera. I never ever went online with any of my previous phones and I enver used bluetooth with my v710 (although I definitely see a possibility of a future BT headset...so BT is a plus too)
Thanks so mucH!!!
