advice? I was just of high school when I decided to pull out a new car from the dealership... At the time, I was working & attending school full-time & had already saved up a good amount of money for a down payment & hoping for a low monthly car note... I was so wrong & got stuck w a car I did not originally want & was sold for a much higher amount than the car was worth, I got very screwed.. 6 months later I decided to go another dealer bc for one I was paying to much for the ugly car I was driving, two I wanted to know what they could do about my unhappy purchase., I ended up trading the car for the one I originally wanted &y payments only went up $40 more a month... I was able to make the payments at the time bc I had my tips that covered all my bills & my checks that went straight to the bank.. However, I didn't stay at that job for much longer after I got the second car.,, so for the past 2 yrs I've struggled alot making the payments on time, I feel as if it has taken controlof my life bc I'm always stressing w the high payment only working a minimum wage job... What can I do in this type of situation, can I go to the dealer and explain what happened w my first purchase & how the seller simply screwed me over?? I know I don't have many options... Plz help, any good advice u can give me?
