Unfreeze Z540 How to?

i've a Z540 to Unfreeze and Unlock ... i cannot connect to the phone using UMTS 2.26 => it show DB IMEI Server ... and cannot do any thing to the phone ... read iMei as 00000000 even it show it correct on phone ...

Please Help Firmware is Z540XEFF1
