unfreeze and unlock help for a samsung sgh u900 please!

hi guys. the phone was unlocked when i bought it 2nd hand on ebay, it was branded to orange uk so i debranded it using sum software i bought but this has sumhow locked it again. imei - 352442024584805 im new at this any help would be appreciated.
