Unfortunately, I joined the club...broken fairing bracket

I did this repair two weeks ago I used brazing rod and a oxegen acetelene torch, I hapen to have them laying around I also brazed them on the 90 degree angle, much stronger now very solid and I think better than new brackets. took me about a hour total.

Now that I know it can be fixed, I have another question. Mine is beyond repairing, it actually has two pieces missing, the two that attach to the bottom of the speaker.

My question would be is this covered under extended warranty? I still have a few months left on mine and would love for the stealer to actually do some warranty work before it expires..

I have a friend that Fabs metal faiting fix brackets. Nothing has to be taken off to replace (like the replacing the factory broken ones with new) and has NEVER needed replacing again. Its quick , easy install and a permanant replacement for a stupid design. Its a bolt on attachment to the existing piece that re-enforces and re-places the broken end.

They are about to start posting and selling these out of a local bike shop they work at and are members here too.

Anyone want a set? I bet I can get them done and even BLACK ZINC plating for about $30 set. Woul anyone be interested. If so pm me and I can start having them pump them out. I watched the install of a set in less then 20mins this weekend and it made the fairing STRONG!
