Yes, I have seen the trailor and it does look good. A bit different from the usual - maybe more in the Interveiw with the vampire sort or genre. Would be interested to read reveiws.

Blade II was better than Blade...

Anyway, I dunno.... Vampires and Werewolves always has the potential to be good, and throwing the love story line in is an interesting twist... I just think they've gone more for a Crow style thing...

Anyone into the 'Whitewolf' roleplaying games? The 'Whitewolf' universe revolves around Vampire / Werewolves, in this universe they are eternal enemies. I love this sorta stuff, so should be a good flick.

but i doubt if its betta than blade (i agree with being betta than blade 2 but not the original) coz that film just kicks ass!!

The film wasn't too bad. Very dark and brooding. Seeing the Vampires and the Lycans fight made me wonder how the Vampires could have lasted. The on-screen transformations from human to werewolf are very impressive. A lot of parts it felt like there hasn't been enough of an explanation but things come around in the end. Kate was quite good and there are one or two twists. The gratuitous violence carries it along well too. The guy who plays Khan was interesting as the techie-weapons maker.

It's a great movie to sit and watch and forget about once you've left the cinema (apart from the obligatory chat down the pub after). Though I did feel that sometimes substance was sacrificed for style and I was left a little disappointed at the end as I'd been looking forward to this for many months. My mate really enjoyed it but he hasn't seen Blade/Blade II yet...

3 out of 5 from me (seen it all before) and 4 out of 5 from me mate.
