Hi guys,
Ive recently began to realise just how thin I am. Im 17 years old, 5 foot 9 and im only 8st 2.
Ive noticed that in photos I actually look unhealthy, for example my cheecks go in on my face and I look like a corpse. I can feel many of my bones sticking out, such as my collar bones, knee and hips etc, its making me feel really down about my body.
Im currently studying for A levels so I haven't got the time nor energy to start workout out unfortuately, so would simply eating a bit more do the job? Im not really looking for a buff body with 6 packs and all that, I just want to be average with a bit of meat
