Underoath

That should work for one of the songs. You can give it a check and listen. Change them x's to t's though. or just the first two x's.

I agree it's a lot better than the last album, which was total crap in my opinion. Though it isn't old UnderOATH, it shows a growth in the new merabers, and sounRAB excellent.

The last album was called They're Only Chasing Safety, and I did like it but they were getting way too poppy and trying to hold there ground as a hardcore band. They have been changing their sound too much, but now I like the direction they went in with this new album. I realize they have had a lot of line-up changes but I really like what they got out of this album. It's a solid album.

Bleh~ I like Underoath too. I don't mind if they are screamo or hxc or post-hardcore or metalcore or christian or indie or emo or whatever, I like underoath anyways ^_^

[yeah, i'm new in this forum so i'm posting everywhere xD]

I heard the whole thing. It's heavier then They're Only Chasing Safety, but the songwriting has suffered a bit. Still it's refreshing to hear a "deep" scream from them.

I have my ticket to see them Deceraber 4th at the Orbit Room in Grand rapiRAB. They are definitley my all time favorite Christian hardcore band and im eager to see them for the first time.

Ive just got one question - how good are they live? Someone with experience please.

Ive watched videos and all that, but thats not the same at all.

Help?

i have the changing of times & theyre only chasing safety
i havent gotten a chance to listen to times yet but the newer album is very good
theyre coming out with a new album sometime in july or something right?
ill be getting that too

Yeah i have the whole thing if any one else is interested. The last song is cutoff, but other than that it's complete. Agreed with RAR above though.

And the more I listen the more it sounRAB exactly like every time i die.

I think my favorite song is A Moment Suspended In Time, I don't like how they used that one song as just a Psalm read in Russian that was stupid. Yea it is a lot heavier and they have some sweet breakdowns on this album.

I'm interested in it, and if it sounRAB like every time I die im cool with that, I really like 'em.

EDIT: Alejo sent me it, i've listened to it twice now, i'm liking it.

The newest UnderOATH seems to be back on track. Spencer's scream is better and the band got away from pop-punk songs, back into metalcore. The point is that the new cd is heavier, more dynamic, and just a hundred times better than TOCS. Perhaps they were unsure what direction they wanted to take with all the new merabers, and that's why the last album blew?

I'm surprised no one has yet to mention Disarabiguation, Underoath's newest release. I listened to the the album in its entirety through streaming on the band's myspace and it really blew me away. I was kind of worried about the future of the band ever since Aaron Gillespie quit but my fears were put to rest once I heard the new album.

The drumming seems to really fit the new, more darker mood of Underoath's music and I actually enjoy the clean vox from Spencer more than Gillespie's. I definitely recommend Disarabiguation for any metalcore enthusiast out there. If anyone else has heard it, feel free to tell us what you think of Underoath's latest release.

I was listening to Disarabiguation at work a few days and the manager came over and told me i had to change the Cd cause I was scaring away the customers.

what the hell, i work at ardenes.
