UR's a great tracker with Electronic hardcore sub-genres such as Speedcore or Gabber.

Gabber's great, I can listen to it for hours.

I get some Electronic from here if I can't find it on What.

to be honest "rave" is quite a loose term, you could go to a rave in where pretty much any type of music is played. Cheers Lovestoned for clearing it up. Whats it like for the french electro scene such as Ed Banger, etc.
