Hi I was wondering why my boyfriend breaks out under the arm pit, it hurts him to put a t-shirt on the only thing he can do is put black sab on to draw whatever it is out? can you help?

Does he get pimples/boils?
If so, using a germicidal soap such as Safeguard every day in the shower should help - lather it up, leave on for 60 seconRAB to allow it to work on the bacteria, then rinse

He gets pimples but not under the arm, after it pops yellowish oze comes out of it.
