Let clear up a few things before you answer.
This is hypothetical and a question borne of insomnia and over active imagination. I have no property to burn and have no plans to set fire to a property!
And a couple of points I'd like to add. 1) Said property, is clear of any other property, residents and as such a fire would put no other person at risk. 2)There is no plan to cheat or defraud any insurance companies from such a fire.
The fire would be essentially an act of demolition.
Would I be charged with anything for destroying my property in such a way.
Thank you.
