unbearable back pain

Can someone please tell me why! When I sit and raise my right leg and lower my chin to chest that I am have unbearable back pain
 
Not as far as I know. Had therapy yesterday for another back injury and that was one of the things they had me do. I was wondering if this ment maybe a pulled muscle, bulging disc, or what.
 
Another back injury? Have you injured it more than once? Can you give us more information such as where have you injured your back, was an MRI done of your spine? If so, what was the report of the MRI? What type of doctor is treating you for your spine injury? How long have you been in PT? The more we know the better we can offer some information from our own experiences.
 
sorry it took so long to get back to you. I will start from the beginning. A year ago I had fusion at L5-S1 got to feeling better and went back to work(CNA in a nursing home) six months later injured my back again was not sure what the problem was so orthopedic ordered therapy hoping I had just flared everything back up. Therapy has not helped and I have since has MRI done. I now have a bulging disc at L4 that is pressing on the nerves and also alot of scar tissue from prior surgery. Can anyone give me any advise on what my options are. I dont go back to the dr. for another two weeks. I can not take the injections because I had a allergic reaction to the first one.
 
I know its only been a short time since i posted before but I am desperate to hear something from anybody. So please please give me some advise or at least something to comfort my nerves.
