Unauthorized billing

although I did ruine it,, i exchanged that dead pvr box for a $750 moto HD pvr box from shaw, I think the jokes on them. ahahah
 
ok I understand there could be a delay.. or they even say 3-6 weeks,, set the proper expectations,, cause if anything happens earlier then that time frame, customer is usally happier with the results. so to those who say dont count on it, bell wont pay me back and the one who said the contact me cc company and get the charges reveresed,, I thought about doing that but what happens if bell does issue me the money back, then i owe them right?
 
meh,, i have nothing in my pocession of what had been done in the past, and then again,, what i did was prior to becoming a sub.

Bell called me today,, how weird for them to tell me they just got my fax now,, like hum sent in August,, and today is December 3rd,, ok ok well he said that he would apply the $200 credit to my account and in a couple days it should be applied to my credit card,, we shall see...
 
I'm surprised to read that... I wastold when I worked there that they NEVER refund on the credit card.

When an account was closed I was told to tell the client he will receive a check in the mail, 3 to 6 weeks after the account is closed, or 3 to 6 weeks after the biling form has been done t request that the client receives it...
