Unable to Disable passward in BB 8100

Hi,i want to disable passward in blackberry 8100....but i can't disable passward...from Options....Security Options.....General Settings......Passward...I also Wipe Handheld......but all in vain.....This is T-Mobile phone.thanks
 
To remove the IT policy:

plug in blackberry to computer
open up command prompt (start->run->cmd)
type cd c:\program files\common files\research in motion\apploader
push enter
type LOADER.exe /resettofactory
push enter

This will wipe the phone, put back on the latest installed OS, and remove the IT policy.

desktopmanager installed

and this removes the IT policy and also the password is disabled
