Unable to connect my Nextel i870 to Webjal

First of all... Hello and thanks for all your help!!

I have installed webjal and myjal on my computer but im unable to connect my i870 to this software. I use these softwares with others nextel like i530, i730, i860 and work perfectly but my only problem is when i try to connect the i870 because when i plug it to the usb cable appears "New hardware found" but i dont know why because i have the usb drivers installed, i download them from idenphones.motorola.com

What could it be?? How can i fix my problem?? im desperate

try un installing the drivers, then re installing them. next re connect your phone and try it again. this happens to me everyonce and a while with mine.

I've been to the thompson site. Followed all the info, still not reconizing usb

First, did you get the correct USB drivers from This Link?

Then, follow Harry Thompson's USB Troubleshooting Steps.

I know it's a pain in the butt to get webjal setup the first time, I honestly can't remember what I did to finally make it detect the USB but I know it was something Harry Thompson told me to do... just keep reading the steps and good luck!

i am having the same problem, some say its because i have windows media center

:smart: FOUND THE 870 ANSWER... IT IS THE BAUD RATE...match the phones baud rate an it reconized it immediately
