Unable to assign custom ringtones to Pantech Matrix Pro Windows Mobile 6.1!?

Having a hard time setting a custom ringtone in 'Sounds'. Also, I cant set anything bigger than 300 kb! Anybody know how to crack this so I can add an entire song as a ringtone.
